Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Jaipur. The Account Executive will manage daily responsibilities include presenting project details, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and agreements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for documentation, payment follow-ups, and post-sale support, as well as contributing to lead generation activities and market research to support business growth.

Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting compliances.
• Experience in vendor payments, customer receivables, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
• Knowledge of real estate accounting, invoicing, and documentation.
