At Ecultify, we sit at the intersection of creative storytelling, culture, and technology. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to step in and become a trusted strategic partner to our clients and a guiding force for our internal teams.

We are looking for someone who has navigated the digital marketing landscape, knows how to manage cross-functional teams with empathy, and treats the brands they work on with absolute care. In this role, you aren't just passing information between the client and the creative team—you are actively shaping the work, optimizing the process, and ensuring every campaign hits the mark.

Role & Responsibilities

1. The Brand Custodian

You are the ultimate protector of your assigned brands. You will immerse yourself in their visual identity, tone of voice, and business objectives. Before any campaign, presentation, or social asset leaves our agency, you will review it to ensure it perfectly aligns with the client's professional legacy and current goals.

2. Strategic Client Partnership

You will be the day-to-day face of Ecultify for key accounts. Your role is to build deep, consultative relationships. When a client comes to you with a problem, you don't just take an order—you dig into the why, consult with them on the best digital approach, and gracefully steer them away from ideas that won't deliver results.

3. Team Leadership & People Management

Great work requires a well-managed team. You will lead, mentor, and unblock a dedicated group of creatives, designers, and executives. You are responsible for managing their bandwidth, setting clear expectations, delivering constructive feedback, and maintaining team morale during tight deadlines.

4. End-to-End Campaign Management

From decoding the initial brief to launching the final asset, you own the project lifecycle. You will build timelines, manage commercial budgets, and ensure that complex, multi-platform digital campaigns are executed seamlessly and on time.

  • An AI-First Approach: You don't just read about AI; you actively look for ways to integrate it. Whether it's using generative AI to speed up brainstorming, or leveraging tools to streamline project management and reporting, you default to working smarter.
  • Fiercely Proactive: You don't wait for clients to ask for updates or for a project to stall. You anticipate bottlenecks, spot industry trends, and pitch proactive campaign ideas that keep your clients ahead of the curve.
  • Eager to Learn: The digital marketing landscape shifts daily. We are looking for someone with a natural curiosity and a steep learning curve. You actively consume information about new platforms, tech rollouts, and cultural shifts, and you share that knowledge with your team.
  • Organized & Precise: You bring structure to the creative process. You communicate with absolute clarity, leaving no room for ambiguity in your briefs or your client emails.

The Core Skills Required
  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within a digital/creative agency.
  • Proven experience in people management and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Deep understanding of the modern digital ecosystem (social media strategy, performance marketing basics, and digital analytics).
  • Strong commercial acumen (budget management, scoping, and invoicing).
  • Exceptional presentation and brief-writing skills.
  • Conflict resolution and expectation management.

This role is not the best fit if:
  • You are comfortable with the status quo: You prefer executing standard social media calendars and have little interest in exploring new digital formats, Web3, or AI-driven marketing.
  • You struggle with ambiguity: You prefer to have a rigid, step-by-step instruction manual for every scenario, rather than analyzing a situation and charting the best path forward yourself.
  • You pass the pressure down: You struggle to filter client stress and end up micromanaging or overwhelming your creative team when timelines get tight.
