Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Agriculture Officer / Agriculture Executive to support field-level agricultural activities and farmer engagement programs. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance to farmers, conducting field visits, monitoring crop health, supporting field demonstrations and trials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth agricultural operations. A B.Sc. Agriculture qualification is mandatory, and freshers with strong knowledge of agronomy, crop production, soil science, and plant protection are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to farmers on crop cultivation and best agricultural practices.
• Conduct field visits to monitor crop health, identify pest and disease issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist in planning and executing field demonstrations, trials, and farmer awareness programs.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze field data and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with the production, procurement, and quality teams as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and agricultural standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest agricultural technologies, crop management practices, and government schemes.
  
  

Requirements

• Good knowledge of agronomy, crop production, soil science, and plant protection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
• Passion for agriculture and rural development.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.
