- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations.
- Experience with integration tools and middleware platforms related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application environments and their operational challenges.
- Ability to work with APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols within Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
