About the Firm:

We are expanding our technical team and are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Senior Architectural Draughtsman who takes immense pride in clean layer management, flawless line weights, and structural coordination.

Location: Navi Mumbai

Remuneration: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Working Drawings (GFC): Developing highly accurate and detailed Working drawings, including precise architectural plans, detailed sections, elevations, and structural interior details.
• Structural Coordination: Reviewing, overlaying, and coordinating structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultant drawings with architectural layouts to identify and resolve discrepancies early.
• Municipal Submissions: Preparing error-free municipal submission drawings strictly compliant with local authority regulations and drafting standards.
• Site Inspections: Conducting routine site visits to verify on-site execution against approved working drawings, resolve alignment queries, and ensure design compliance.
• Data & File Management: Maintaining highly organized AutoCAD drawing files, ensuring strict adherence to studio layer standards, line weights, and version controls.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid technical drafting experience within a reputed architectural. Proven experience handling technical documentation for high-rise residential or commercial projects is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Exceptional mastery of AutoCAD is mandatory. Candidates must have an advanced understanding of construction sequencing, joinery details, and material applications.
• Liaisoning Exposure: Prior experience or familiarity with the liaisoning process at municipal authorities such as NMMC, CIDCO, PMC, MSRDC, etc. will be considered a significant added advantage.
• Location: Must be residing within a commutable distance from our Vashi office to ensure punctuality and efficient daily studio collaboration.
• Professional Attributes: Extreme attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to interpret architectural concepts into rigorous technical documentation without supervision.
