Company Description CarCred is building India's dealer finance infrastructure by connecting dealerships, lenders, and OEMs on a single technology platform so car loans are processed faster and more efficiently. The company operates directly at the dealer's desk, enabling one application to reach multiple lenders and deliver real-time credit decisions. By transforming processes that previously took 3–7 days into decisions made within minutes, CarCred helps partners close sales more quickly and reliably. This organized and digital-first approach to auto financing aims to reduce paperwork, improve transparency, and support sustainable growth for automotive businesses.

Role Description As an Area Manager / Business Manager, you will drive business growth by managing dealer relationships, onboarding partners, and ensuring seamless adoption of the CarCred platform. You will oversee dealer performance, monitor loan conversion, coordinate with internal teams, identify new business opportunities, and support dealers through regular training and market insights to maximize growth in the Raipur region.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or channel management in automotive, banking, NBFC, or fintech environments.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust with dealers, lenders, and OEM partners.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business metrics, creating action plans, and reporting performance to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage on-site operations, handle escalations, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms; familiarity with loan processing or retail finance workflows is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to conduct training and presentations for dealer teams.
  • Proven track record of working independently in the field, meeting targets, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Raipur automotive market and surrounding regions, along with willingness to travel locally as needed.
