About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Hyderabad City Head in running and growing our clinic network. This is a hybrid role split between clinic operations primarily (day to day operations, Compliance, meeting Operational goals & Team management) and business development being secondary (new clinic scouting & expansion support, partnerships). You'll work closely across clinics, and take ownership of specific clusters or projects as the network grows.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

• Support day-to-day operations across assigned clinics — PCC staffing, Audits, Conversions, Quality & Patience Experience.

• Track clinic-level performance metrics and flag deviations early.

• Lead, Mentor & coach Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to build a high-performance culture.

• Monitor clinic productivity and implement corrective actions to address operational gaps.

• Maintain high standard of patience experience, compliance, hygiene and SOP adherence across all clinics.

Business Development

• Support expansion projects, new clinic launches and strategic city initiatives as required.

• Support the city head in achieving monthly business targets and city level operational goals.

Stakeholder Management & Team Management

• Coordinate with Central Operations, Marketing & other internal stakeholder teams for smooth execution.

• Foster accountability, ownership and continuous improvement across the team.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, business development, or a similar cross-functional role — healthcare, retail, or multi-location business background preferred.

• Comfortable with data- can read performance dashboards and translate numbers into action.

• Strong on-ground execution skills; willing to travel across clinics within the city.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills — works well with doctors, staff, and external partners.

• Structured and organised; able to independently manage multiple clinics/projects at once.
