Job Description
Role Summary: This Role is for a DMC(Destination Management Company)- Tourism for Inbound Sales .The Marketing Manager B2B is responsible for Domestic Market and will be leading and executing the companys B2B Marketing strategy, executing the DSR , with daily field sales calls & meetings, building strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to expanding market share and achieving Marketing targets in the tourism and hospitality sector. B2B Lead Generator role at Touracle, based on the specific criteria 1. Market Knowledge & Local Familiarity Domestic Market Expertise: The candidate must possess a strong foundational understanding of the domestic tourism sector. Local Identity: They must be a local resident of the target city (e.g., Delhi) with a deep understanding of its geography, travel hubs, and local market dynamics. 2. High-Frequency Field Sales Execution Daily Agent Visits: This is a heavy on-the-field role requiring the stamina to meet 8 to 10 local travel agents every single day. Product Pitching & Lead Generation: During these face-to-face meetings, you must confidently discuss Touracles travel products, build relationships, and actively extract business leads. 3. Professional Presence & Communication Strong Personality: You should be an engaging, professional, and high-energy personality that can build immediate trust with local travel agents. Bilingual Fluency: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory to effectively pitch products and handle objections on the field. .Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients and expand the companys business network. Drive Marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase market share and revenue. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel agencies and business partners. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing targets as per company goals. Monitor Marketing performance and analyse market trends to optimize business strategies. Implement pricing strategies and Marketing promotions to drive conversions. Ensure daily Marketing reporting and accurate data management. Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, ensuring strong relationships. Handle high-value negotiations and resolve client concerns efficiently. Visit Agents as per DSR Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights to senior management to improve Marketing strategies and offerings. Recommend product and service improvements based on customer feedback. Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Align Marketing strategies with marketing campaigns for better lead conversion. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in the tourism and hospitality sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding Marketing targets. Experience with CRM tools, Marketing analytics, and reporting.
