Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BAMS role based at Cancer Centers of America in Ludhiana. The BAMS professional will conduct patient consultations, assess medical histories, and support integrative care plans in coordination with oncology specialists. Daily responsibilities include prescribing and monitoring Ayurvedic treatments where appropriate, providing lifestyle and nutritional guidance, and documenting clinical findings accurately. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on complementary care options, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and adhering to CCA's clinical protocols and safety standards. The BAMS professional is expected to contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment and maintain high levels of professional ethics and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Recognized Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Solid understanding of Ayurvedic principles, diagnostics, and therapies, with interest in integrative oncology care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with oncologists, nurses, and allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and sensitively.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and following clinical protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines.
- Comfort working in a high-acuity hospital or oncology environment; prior experience in cancer care or tertiary care settings is an advantage.
- Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to continuous learning and evidence-informed practice.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
