The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that proposed solutions are practical and sustainable. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of strategic initiatives, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
