GTM Lead – LinkedIn & Cold Email Outreach

Company: WeframeTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Building the GTM team for Ehroo)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid/Remote)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹5–6 LPA + Performance Bonus + Uncapped Commission

Base Salary

₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum

(Based on experience and proven performance.)

We're building the core GTM team at Ehroo, our B2B growth and demand generation company, and we're looking for someone who can help build a predictable outbound revenue engine.

This isn't a role for someone who simply sends hundreds of cold emails every day.

We're looking for someone who understands buyers, writes exceptional copy, builds scalable outbound systems, and consistently generates qualified meetings.

What You'll Do

You'll own outbound growth from strategy to execution.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Build and execute LinkedIn outbound campaigns.
  • Generate qualified meetings through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build personalized cold email campaigns.
  • Research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Build targeted prospect lists.
  • Research founders, CTOs, CMOs, Marketing Leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Write compelling outreach copy.
  • Create high-converting LinkedIn messages.
  • Write personalized cold emails.
  • Build multi-touch outbound sequences.
  • Continuously A/B test messaging.
  • Improve reply rates and meeting conversion rates.
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs.
  • Work closely with founders to improve outbound strategy.
  • Build repeatable GTM playbooks and SOPs.
  • Experiment with AI tools to improve productivity.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B outbound sales or GTM experience.
  • Proven experience selling:

  • Web Development Services
  • Product Engineering
  • Marketing Services
  • SaaS Solutions
  • Proven record of generating qualified meetings.
  • Experience running LinkedIn outbound campaigns.
  • Experience running cold email campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting ability.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Ability to personalize outreach at scale.

Success Metrics

During your first 90 days, you'll be expected to:

  • Launch outbound campaigns.
  • Build outbound playbooks.
  • Improve reply rates.
  • Generate qualified meetings every month.
  • Improve campaign performance through continuous experimentation.
  • Build scalable outbound systems.

Performance Bonus

Earn an additional:

₹6,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per year

based on pipeline, meetings booked, revenue generated, and overall GTM performance.

Sales Commission

Our average client Lifetime Value (LTV) ranges from $50000 to $100k+ per customer.

For every client acquired through your outbound efforts that converts into a paying customer, you'll earn an attractive commission on top of your base salary and performance bonus.

There is no cap on commissions.

The better your results, the more you earn.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)
  • Base Salary: ₹5–6 LPA
  • Performance Bonus: ₹6–10 LPA
  • Uncapped Sales Commission

Expected OTE: ₹11–16 LPA+, with additional uncapped commission potential.

This is not a role where you'll be expected to figure everything out from scratch.

At WeframeTech and Ehroo, we already have a proven GTM strategy, well-defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), messaging frameworks, outreach playbooks, and campaign processes that have been validated.

Your primary responsibility is to execute with consistency, optimize performance, and double down on what works.

You should have a strong understanding of:

  • Email deliverability and inbox warm-up best practices.
  • Domain and mailbox reputation management.
  • LinkedIn outreach workflows.
  • Cold email infrastructure and sequencing.
  • Personalization at scale.
  • Continuous A/B testing and optimization.

We're looking for someone who can follow proven systems while continuously improving them through experimentation and execution.

If you're someone who constantly jumps between strategies without giving proven processes enough time to work, this role may not be the right fit.
