We specialise in Meta and Google Ads, conversion rate optimisation, SEO, creative strategy, and retention marketing, working with brands across Beauty, Fashion, Skincare, F&B, Furniture, and more. We take a hands-on, founder-led approach, tailoring strategies to each client's growth goals to deliver measurable ROI. As we scale, we are expanding our team to grow our client base.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition, based in South Delhi (4 days in-office, 1 day work-from-home). The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for the agency's services. The Business Development Executive will conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and meetings, and present FlashReach's offerings to prospective clients across D2C brands, clinics, hospitality, and service-based businesses. Responsibilities include managing the acquisition cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to pitch, follow-up, and closure, while maintaining a clean, organised pipeline in a CRM. The role works closely with the founders to sharpen outreach and messaging and to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development; strong freshers with the right drive will also be considered.
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Comfort with cold outreach and confidence talking to founders and business owners.
- Excellent communication skills — professional verbal and written abilities, presentation, and active listening.
- A basic understanding of digital or performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, ROAS), or genuine eagerness to learn it quickly, is a plus.
- Organised and disciplined with follow-ups and CRM/pipeline tracking; self-driven and motivated by targets.
- Must be based in or around South Delhi or Noida and able to work from our office 4 days a week.
- Compensation: ₹30,000/month base + a bonus for every client onboarded
