Job Summary
We are looking for a technically sound Business Development Manager with experience in the Real Estate Advisory/Consultancy industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the real estate ecosystem and the ability to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients across the real estate sector.
- Build relationships with developers, investors, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Promote the firm's advisory services, including Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Cost Management, Design Management, Development Management, and Project Monitoring.
- Prepare proposals, participate in client presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of business development experience in a Real Estate Advisory, PMC, Engineering Consultancy, Architecture, or Cost Consultancy firm.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry.
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Existing relationships with developers, consultants, and institutional clients will be an added advantage.
