What would you do To oversee and implement effective project planning, risk assessment, cost management, and scheduling activities for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with utility standards and regulations.

What are we looking for Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engg
  • Degree or certification in Project Management / Risk Management / Cost Control (preferred). Experience:
  • Enough experience in power utility / EPC / transmission & distribution / generation projects.
  • Strong exposure to project controls, risk assessment, and cost management systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel-based cost models. Key Skills:
  • Project risk analysis and mitigation planning
  • Cost estimation and variance analysis
  • Scheduling and critical path analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CEA, CERC, state utilities)
  • Data-driven reporting and analytics
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Establish baselines, track project progress, and report schedule deviations.
  • Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning timelines.
  • Identify critical paths and propose corrective actions to mitigate delays.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, site execution, finance).
