Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter responsible for carrying out carpentry work, repairs, installation, and maintenance of wooden fixtures, furniture, doors, windows, partitions, and other related structures. The candidate must ensure high-quality workmanship while following all safety standards.
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Perform carpentry installation, repair, and maintenance work.
• • Install and repair wooden doors, windows, cabinets, partitions, furniture, lock repair, door closer speed adjust, drawer in out, door seal adjust, bamboo flooring repair, and false ceilings.
• • Read and interpret technical drawings and work specifications.
• • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials accurately.
• • Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely.
• • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• • Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams.
• • Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping practices.
• • Report material requirements and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• • Complete assigned work within the scheduled time.
• Required Skills:
• • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• • Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
• • Knowledge of wood, plywood, laminates, and hardware fittings.
• • Strong problem-solving and finishing skills.
• • Good communication and teamwork.
• Qualification & Experience:
• • ITI in Carpenter Trade with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, OR
• • 10th Pass with a minimum of 10 years of relevant carpentry experience in commercial buildings, offices, hotels, hospitals, airports, or industrial facilities.
• Preferred Experience:
• • Experience in facility management or building maintenance.
• • Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• • Familiarity with workplace safety standards and PPE usage.
