Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Centre Manager at EarlyVentions Preschool and Daycare, located in Bengaluru East (Varthur). The Centre Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, parent communication, admissions, and enrollment management. The role involves ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards, while maintaining a warm, child-centered environment. The Centre Manager will coordinate academic and activity schedules, monitor classroom implementation of the curriculum, and support teachers with planning. Responsibilities also include managing center budgets and resources, tracking performance metrics, organizing events and parent engagement activities, and resolving operational issues promptly.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and support a diverse team of educators and support staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, families, and internal stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including experience with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and basic budgeting or center-level operations.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to manage parent queries, feedback, and admissions in a courteous and solution-oriented way.
- Understanding of early childhood education practices, child safety, and hygiene standards; prior experience in preschool or daycare management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full-time, handle multiple priorities, and remain calm and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in education, child development, management, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in early childhood education are an added advantage.
