Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary

The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring the seamless execution of high-priority initiatives while optimizing executive operations. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional projects, aligning organizational strategy, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring the successful execution of the CEO's vision across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO on key business initiatives.

• Drive strategic planning, goal setting, and execution of high-priority projects.

• Ensure alignment between the CEO's vision and company-wide objectives.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth execution of CEO-driven initiatives.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements across departments.

• Serve as a bridge between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.

Decision Support & Analysis

• Conduct research, gather business insights, and prepare reports to support executive decision-making.

• Monitor key business metrics, track organizational performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Represent the CEO in meetings, negotiations, and high-level discussions as required.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners.

• Draft executive-level presentations, communications, reports, and briefing materials.

People & Culture Development

• Partner with HR and business leaders to support organizational growth and strengthen company culture.

• Drive leadership development initiatives to enhance executive and team effectiveness.

• Support the hiring, onboarding, and retention of key leadership talent.
