Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Manager – Communications to lead content strategy and storytelling across the Zoo Media Network. This role is responsible for building compelling narratives that showcase our people, work, culture, and achievements while strengthening the Zoo brand across internal and external communication channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who can collaborate across teams, identify impactful stories, and bring them to life through engaging content formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with business priorities, brand objectives, and audience engagement goals.
• Create compelling content across multiple formats, including articles, blogs, newsletters, social media, videos, podcasts, and internal communications.
• Partner with teams across the Zoo Media Network to identify stories, case studies, campaigns, achievements, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Build strong brand narratives that showcase the organization's culture, values, work, and industry impact while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
• Manage end-to-end content production, from ideation and planning to publishing and performance analysis.
• Monitor content performance, audience insights, and emerging trends to continuously optimize communication strategies and engagement.
• Drive innovation by exploring new content formats, platforms, and storytelling opportunities that enhance the Zoo Media brand.

Preferred Skills:

• 4–7 years of experience in communications, content, journalism, editorial, digital media, marketing, or related fields.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience creating and managing content across digital, social, and internal communication channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Understanding of content performance metrics, audience engagement, and digital communication trends.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience within an agency, media, marketing, or communications environment is preferred.
