- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in designing and implementing marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email deliverability and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and API usage within marketing platforms.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
