• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and related business processes within SAP HCM.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments to implement enhancements and fixes.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
