Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing new features and coding multiple parts of the software to meet client requirements. Throughout the day, the engineer tests the developed components to ensure quality and reliability. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance tasks and implementing enhancements to improve existing applications. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align development efforts and address any issues is also a key part of the daily routine, ensuring smooth progress across projects.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with backend services.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
