You will support patients, providers, and partners with care and accuracy, where getting it right genuinely matters. Role Overview

As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle queries with empathy and precision, follow defined processes carefully, and make sure every caller feels heard and helped.

Key Responsibilities

Care & Resolution

  • Respond to queries across phone, email, and chat with empathy and clarity
  • Follow defined processes and scripts accurately and consistently
  • Resolve or route each query and follow up until it is closed

Compliance & Records

  • Maintain accurate, compliant records of every interaction
  • Escalate sensitive cases promptly and to the right team

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 5 years in customer care, support, or a contact-centre role
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a calm, caring manner
  • Strong attention to detail and respect for process and confidentiality
  • A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or a regulated industry
  • Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools
  • Comfort working to compliance and quality standards
