Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice/ Chat & Inbound Sales

Location: Pune

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our International Voice, Chat & Inbound Sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and identifying sales opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions for international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to achieve sales targets (Inbound Sales).
• Build rapport with customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate and Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates with experience in International Voice, Chat, Customer Support, or Inbound Sales processes are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and convert customer opportunities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week
• 2 rotational weekly offs
• Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
