Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Staff Hindi role based in Coimbatore. The position involves handling customer inquiries and issues in Hindi via phone, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. The role includes providing product information, guiding customers on usage and troubleshooting, and escalating technical or complex issues to relevant internal teams when needed. The Customer Support Staff will maintain clear records of customer interactions, follow up on open cases, and collaborate with colleagues to improve support processes. The role also requires adherence to company policies, participation in training sessions, and contributing to a positive, customer-focused service environment.

Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing or support worker roles, with a strong focus on service quality and empathy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, especially in Hindi; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Awareness of safeguarding principles and the ability to handle customer information responsibly and confidentially.
- Ability to provide basic technical support related to products and services, including troubleshooting common issues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to follow structured processes and documentation.
- Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in customer support, call center, or helpdesk environments is beneficial.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is an advantage.
