We are looking for a Depot and Workshop Equipment Engineer
You'll Make a Difference By
- Designing the functional layout of the depot, including the workshops, tracks, workstations and rooms together with the required maintenance equipment
- Preparing the technical specifications of maintenance equipment including evaluation of offers from suppliers
- Managing requirements related to Maintenance of Rolling Stock and Infrastructure and Depot Equipment in bid and execution phase
- Preparing Preliminary and Detailed Design in coordination with suppliers
- Preparing Method Statement and planning and coordinating the installation
- Planning and coordinating Test and Commissioning and Approval of the equipment
- Clarification of all interfaces related to the maintenance equipment and depot
- Supporting and clarifying all maintenance equipment related technical topics
- Calculating the costs of procurement, delivery, installation and commissioning of the maintenance equipment
- Preparation of technical documents for equipment during the execution of the project in coordination with suppliers
- You should have at least 10 years of experience in Depot and Workshop Equipment along with bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
- You have already been able to acquire in-depth knowledge of all Depot Equipment.
- You have profound experience in the preparation of depot functional layout, technical descriptions, preliminary and detailed design.
- You have profound experience in Installation, and Test and Commissioning of Depot Equipment.
- You have profound experience in Interface Management and System Integration in the depot.
- You have experience with railway maintenance and trackwork maintenance vehicles.
- You have principle knowledge of rail subsystems.
- You have professional-level proficiency in English.
- You have experience with CAD software.
- You have experience with asset management and maintenance management systems.
- Willingness to travel and perform occasional field work
- Work experience in an international environment is an advantage
