Job Description
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to lead brand, content, and marketing strategy for Link's
global innovation consulting practice. Reporting to the Director – Growth, you'll shape how Link
shows up to enterprise clients, startups, and ecosystem partners across India, France, and
Southeast Asia. You'll own the full marketing mix, from brand positioning and content to
campaigns, email marketing, and events, helping Link stand out as the go-to partner connecting
the world's leading corporations to the technologies of tomorrow.
What You'll Do
● Company brand strategy and ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all
markets and touchpoints.
● Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support business development, account
growth, and event visibility.
● Own email marketing end-to-end, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and
campaign sends to clients, prospects, and ecosystem partners.
● Write compelling content, including case studies, decks, thought leadership, and social
media copy, that showcases company programmes and client impact.
● Use AI tools to speed up research, writing, and campaign workflows without
compromising quality.
● Manage marketing for flagship events and programmes, coordinating messaging,
promotion, and on-ground presence.
● Work closely with the Growth team to align marketing efforts, including email outreach,
with active client pursuits and sales priorities.
● Manage company digital presence, including website content, LinkedIn, and other channels,
to build visibility with innovation and transformation leaders.
● Track marketing performance, including email open rates, click-throughs, and
conversions, and use insights to refine messaging, channels, and campaign
approaches.
What We're Looking For
● 2-5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles.
● Hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns.
● Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for research, writing, and productivity.
● Strong writing and storytelling skills.
● A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setup.
