Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that support Skillpeedika's brand visibility and student enrollment goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web and campaign data to improve results. The role involves coordinating online marketing activities, collaborating with faculty and internal teams to promote courses and events, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alathur, requiring regular presence at the academy to support operations, events, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute effective multi-channel campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, engage audiences, and grow community reach.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate with teams, and engage prospects and learners.
- Experience with content creation, basic SEO, and campaign reporting tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Alathur, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced educational environment.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.
