Role Description The E-commerce Manager Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The intern will support day-to-day e-commerce operations, including managing product listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, and assisting with order processing and fulfillment. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth customer journeys and prompt resolution of issues. The intern will help analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign results to identify improvement opportunities. Additional responsibilities include supporting online promotions, maintaining accurate store information across platforms, and contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
