Role Description The Event Sponsorship Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for securing, managing, and growing sponsorships for Global Investors Forum's portfolio of international summits. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential sponsors, developing tailored sponsorship proposals, and conducting outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The Event Sponsorship Manager will negotiate sponsorship packages, manage contracts, and ensure sponsor deliverables are executed before, during, and after events. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with event management and marketing teams on sponsorship assets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing regular pipeline and performance reports. The role also requires nurturing long-term relationships with sponsors, gathering feedback to improve offerings, and supporting the creation of new sponsorship opportunities aligned with event themes and audience needs.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Event Management and Event Planning, including coordinating sponsorship activations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including persuasive written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship management.
• Candidates should possess Event Marketing skills, with the ability to collaborate on promotional campaigns and articulate sponsor value propositions.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, including managing sponsorship revenue targets and tracking financial performance against goals.
• Experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or account management within events, conferences, or B2B sectors.
• Comfort working in a fully remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Familiarity with investment, technology, or financial services industries is beneficial, along with experience working with senior executives and institutional partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
