Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, supporting strategic activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the MD's office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, documents, and communication on behalf of the MD.
- Act as a bridge between the MD and internal departments, clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Follow up on business activities, projects, deadlines, and action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business documents.
- Support in client meetings, project discussions, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain records and ensure proper documentation management.
- Assist in planning and execution of business events and official activities.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to senior management, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional personality with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience in Real Estate operations and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and scheduling capabilities.
- Smart presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
