Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Director - Real Estate

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a leading Real Estate organization based in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, supporting strategic activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the MD's office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, documents, and communication on behalf of the MD.
  • Act as a bridge between the MD and internal departments, clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on business activities, projects, deadlines, and action items.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business documents.
  • Support in client meetings, project discussions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain records and ensure proper documentation management.
  • Assist in planning and execution of business events and official activities.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to senior management, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional personality with strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Real Estate operations and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and scheduling capabilities.
  • Smart presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
