Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Exhibition Sales Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Exhibition Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue by selling exhibition space and sponsorships, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with exhibitors and partners. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and contracts, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with event goals, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, and ensuring timely follow-up and support for clients before, during, and after events. The Exhibition Sales Manager will contribute to event strategy by sharing market insights, competitor information, and client feedback to enhance future exhibitions.

Qualifications
- Strong exhibition and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
- Experience in event or trade show environments, with understanding of exhibition space planning and sponsorship packages.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confident client-facing skills and professional email and phone etiquette.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and targets.
- Analytical and market research skills to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new segments.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for tracking pipelines, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field; relevant experience in exhibitions or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, travel as needed for client meetings or events, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
