We are hiring a Finance Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance automation roadmap and opportunity pipeline across finance operations

• Identify and prioritize automation use cases, business value, and ROI opportunities

• Design and oversee automation solutions using:

o Infor IPA (workflow/process automation)

o Infor ION (event-driven workflows and integrations)

o RPA and scripting tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Python, SQL, PowerShell)

• Automate finance processes including:

o AP invoice routing and approvals

o GL journals and allocations

o Financial close orchestration and reconciliations

o Reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics

o File processing and data validation

• Drive close automation, SLA monitoring, exception handling, and alerting workflows

• Collaborate with Finance, HR/Payroll, Banking, IT, and EHR teams on cross-system automation opportunities

• Ensure governance, auditability, segregation of duties, and compliance controls are embedded in automation solutions

• Manage automation delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, monitor, optimize)

• Lead and mentor automation-focused associates and senior associates

• Present automation pipeline, benefits realization, and operational metrics to client and PwC leadership

• Support transition from incumbent vendor and embed automation into steady-state operations

Skills and Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience across finance operations, ERP systems, and automation delivery
