What are we looking for

The finance function is evolving, and we are building a team that's powered by automation, efficiency, and business impact. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can own and scale finance operations, improve processes, and enable better business decisions through strong financial discipline and insights.

This role is for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building robust financial processes, and creating impact beyond traditional finance.

What you'll own

• Own finance operations across multiple business lines and geographies
• Drive business finance, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support key business decisions
• Ensure accounting, statutory compliances, taxation, audits, and regulatory filings are always accurate and audit ready
• Manage stakeholder relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal business teams
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members while helping build scalable finance operations
  
  

Who should apply

• FCA/ACA qualification required
• 6 to 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business finance
• Experience managing finance operations in a fast-paced startup
• Experience working across multiple entities or international operations is a plus
• Passion for automation and leveraging technology to improve finance processes
