About the Role

Edify Preschool is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Development Executive to drive franchise expansion across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads, conducting business presentations, and converting prospects into successful franchisees.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify franchise leads through various online and offline channels.
• Connect with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners interested in the preschool franchise business.
• Conduct introductory calls, virtual meetings, and business presentations.
• Explain the franchise model, investment requirements, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluation and franchise onboarding.
• Follow up with prospects and drive conversions to achieve monthly targets.
• Represent Edify Preschool at franchise exhibitions, business events, and networking programs.
• Prepare reports on lead generation, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, Sales, Education Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Channel Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong lead generation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
