Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Track global equity markets, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments relevant to fundraising activities.
- Support development of equity narratives, valuation analysis, and benchmarking against peers.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks including SEBI, RBI, and other relevant authorities.
- Assist in preparation of offer documents, investor disclosures, and internal approvals.
- Support engagement with institutional investors, financial institutions, and intermediaries.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations.
- Prepare investor decks, financial models, and transaction-related materials.
- Assist in managing communication and follow-ups with stakeholders during transactions.
- Support end-to-end execution of equity fundraising transactions such as IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.
- Assist in deal structuring, documentation, due diligence, and coordination with advisors, bankers, and legal teams.
- Track transaction timelines and ensure smooth execution across all stakeholders.
- Assist in raising and structuring project finance for ongoing and upcoming projects, particularly in capital-intensive businesses.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for debt financing.
- Support preparation of project financial models, feasibility analysis, and lender presentations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial closure and compliance with lending requirements.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in equity fundraising, investment banking, or capital markets.
- Prior exposure to IPOs/QIPs/Private Placements is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (SEBI/RBI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
