Role: Group Manager

• 15–18 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R)
• Strong people leadership and large team management
• Proven experience in managing large teams and global accounting operations
• Minimum 7+ years in a multi-national US based corporate environment with regional accounting exposure
• Experience with Statutory, Tax, and other annual filings
• Experience with US GAAP and accounting requirements; SEC capability a plus
• Ready to work in multiple shift timings as required

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/finance
• Partially Qualified or fully Qualified Professional qualification equivalent preferred

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in shared services / GBS / outsourcing environments
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
