Role Description
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Candidates.
2. Assist HR Manager in day-to-day activities
3. Handling Attendance and Payroll Activities
4. Work towards collection and compilation of data for Compliance procedures
5. Handle daily inter departmental miscellaneous activities
6. Maintaining excel sheets
7. Work on any Key Result Areas (KRAs) directed by the management as and when required.
