Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. In this full-time, on-site role based in Anand, the Human Resources Manager will work closely with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business growth and a positive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, drafting offer letters, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring accurate payroll and attendance processes in collaboration with relevant teams. The role also involves supporting training and development initiatives, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and regularly reviewing HR practices for efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. The Human Resources Manager will be expected to provide timely guidance to team members, maintain confidentiality, and act as a reliable point of contact for HR-related queries.

- Candidates should have knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy development, with the ability to implement and maintain fair and consistent HR practices.
- Candidates should be comfortable using HRIS or HR management software, and be proficient in MS Office tools for reporting, documentation, and data management.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications or specialized training are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a technology or services organization, especially in a fast-paced or growth-focused environment, will be beneficial.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Anand, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
