Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) to lead enterprise application delivery within the Healthcare domain. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, requiring an individual who can successfully manage development teams while actively contributing to solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities, and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance engineering productivity. This position offers an opportunity to work on mission-critical public sector engagements supporting IBM while employed under Panzer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing technical team of approximately 15 engineers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality application development and maintenance initiatives.
• Architect and drive technical solutions across front-end, back-end, and mid-tier application layers while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Champion technical excellence by mentoring developers, conducting technical reviews, resolving complex engineering challenges, and enforcing development best practices.
• Configure and Deliver enterprise-grade software solutions while remaining hands-on with assigned development activities and technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, architects, and delivery managers to align technical execution with business objectives.
• Drive project execution, delivery governance, resource planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
