About the Company

A Big-4-style professional-services firm is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an IT project manager. You will run technology projects that serve global clients and internal teams alike. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Information Technology Project Manager, you will deliver IT projects end to end, from infrastructure and systems rollouts to vendor-led implementations, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

IT Project Delivery

• Plan and deliver IT projects across systems, infrastructure, and applications
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners

Governance & Reporting

• Track risks, change requests, and dependencies across projects
• Report status and decisions clearly to clients and leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years managing IT or technology-implementation projects
• A solid grasp of IT systems, infrastructure, and the project lifecycle
• Strong vendor, budget, and stakeholder-management skills
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification
• Exposure to ERP, cloud, or enterprise-software rollouts
• Experience in a consulting or professional-services environment
