Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding educational programs and career opportunities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries generated through various channels.
  • Understand candidates requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Conduct detailed course presentations and career counseling sessions.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, or B2C Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
  • Excellent presentation and convincing skills.
