Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding educational programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Understand candidates requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct detailed course presentations and career counseling sessions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, or B2C Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
- Excellent presentation and convincing skills.
