This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates with 1–4 years of experience, requiring a work-from-office setup in Pune, working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
What You'll Do
- Write and develop instructional content — eLearning modules, storyboards, scripts, and facilitator guides
- Translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging, learner-friendly content
- Collaborate in the office with instructional designers and visual teams daily
- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and adult learning principles
- Review and refine content based on feedback and quality standards
- 1–4 years of experience in instructional or content writing
- Strong written English — clarity, structure, and tone
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner audiences in learning materials
- Comfortable working full-time from the office
- Experience with storyboards or LMS platforms preferred
- MA in English preferred
