We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual for the position of International Voice Support in India. This role involves providing high-quality assistance to our international clientele, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional voice support to international clients via phone and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer queries and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support processes.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other international languages (if applicable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
  • Basic technical knowledge related to the products or services offered by the company.
