We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual for the position of International Voice Support in India. This role involves providing high-quality assistance to our international clientele, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional voice support to international clients via phone and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer queries and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support processes.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other international languages (if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
- Basic technical knowledge related to the products or services offered by the company.
