About The Role
QHT Clinic is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support for our offices. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with basic IT knowledge who are eager to learn and grow in a professional healthcare environment.
The role primarily involves user support, system setup, troubleshooting, and administration of Google Workspace. This is not a high-end networking or server administration role.

The role primarily involves user support, system setup, troubleshooting, and administration of Google Workspace. This is not a high-end networking or server administration role.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Install, format, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Create and manage user accounts in Google Workspace.
- Assist employees with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calendar, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Provide basic support for Google Cloud services (user-level administration and access management).
- Install and configure commonly used business applications.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support when required.
- Provide prompt technical assistance to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of Windows installation, formatting, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and printer configuration.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and support users.
