Role Description This is a full-time, on-site JD Edwards role based in the Pune Division. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and supporting JD Edwards modules to meet business requirements across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and other functional areas. The professional will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions and enhancements. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting application issues, managing upgrades and patches, ensuring data integrity, and creating documentation for configurations and processes. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, training end users, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the JD Edwards landscape.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong JD Edwards functional and/or technical skills, including configuration, customization, and support across key ERP modules.
- Candidates should possess skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to align JD Edwards capabilities with organizational needs.
- Candidates should possess abilities in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident resolution within complex ERP environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, user training, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing usage of JD Edwards solutions.
- Candidates should possess relevant ERP implementation or support experience; prior experience with enterprise-scale JD Edwards deployments is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, on-site teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in JD Edwards or ERP systems are an advantage.
