Our storytelling spans two verticals:

• Weddings by Sonders – Documentary-style wedding photography and films.
• We Are Sonders Originals – Documentaries, travel films, and branded content for brands and organizations.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow both brands through performance marketing and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Weddings by Sonders)

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate qualified wedding leads.
• Optimize campaigns for better ROI and lower CPL.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.

Social Media (We Are Sonders)

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and schedule content.
• Write captions and optimize posts.
• Monitor engagement and audience growth.

YouTube

• Upload and optimize videos.
• Manage SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
• Track analytics and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and YouTube SEO.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
