About the Role:

We're hiring a Legal Manager to handle all legal matters for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects — including land acquisition, title due diligence, regulatory approvals, litigation, contract drafting, and RERA compliance. Requires strong knowledge of Karnataka property laws and real estate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal due diligence & title verification (revenue records, ECs, RTCs, mutation extracts, survey records)
• Draft, review & negotiate Sale Deeds, JDAs, Lease/Development Agreements, POA, Vendor Contracts, NDAs & MoUs
• Ensure compliance with RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Karnataka Land Revenue Act, BBMP/BDA norms
• Handle civil, consumer & property litigations; coordinate with external counsels
• Support RERA project registration & review customer sale documentation
• Identify legal/compliance risks and advise management on mitigation
• Liaise with government departments, registration offices & regulatory authorities
• Manage relationships across Land Acquisition, Projects, Sales, CRM & Finance teams
