About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Logo Animation & Motion Designer with a passion for crafting premium, custom brand animations. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for motion, exceptional technical skills in Adobe After Effects, and the ability to transform static logos into engaging visual experiences that reflect each brand's personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create premium custom logo animations from scratch (no template based work).
• Design smooth and visually engaging 2D logo reveals, logo stings, and brand animations.
• Animate logos and brand assets while maintaining consistency with brand identity.
• Recreate animations from references while adding creative improvements where appropriate.
• Produce professional typography animations, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Apply strong animation principles including timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, and follow-through.
• Use Shape Layers, Trim Paths, Masks, Mattes, and Morphing techniques to create clean animations.
• Optimize deliverables for multiple platforms and export formats, including MP4, MOV (Alpha), GIF, and other digital formats.
• Deliver clean, well-organized, and editable After Effects project files.
• Collaborate with branding, creative, and marketing teams to develop motion assets for digital campaigns, presentations, websites, and social media.
• Ensure pixel-perfect quality and maintain high production standards throughout every project.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics or Logo Animation.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Proven experience creating custom 2D logo animations without relying on templates.
• Excellent understanding of the Graph Editor and Speed Graph for natural motion.
• Strong command of animation principles and visual storytelling.

• Masks & Track Mattes
• Shape Morphing
• Motion Easing
• Experience creating clean and engaging typography animations.
• Strong understanding of motion hierarchy, visual flow, composition, and pacing.
• Ability to match motion style with different brand personalities.
• Experience working on Luxury, Corporate, and SaaS branding projects.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on polished, production-ready output.
• Strong communication, time management, and project organization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of After Effects Expressions.
• Experience creating Lottie (.JSON) animations.
• Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Familiarity with UI motion, web animations, and lightweight animation workflows.
