Job Description
Vin Industries is looking for a bright, analytical and highly motivated B.Tech graduate who is eager to learn the chemical and polymer industry. The candidate will work closely with senior management and coordinate with Sales, R&D, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, customer trials, and business initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly. The selected candidate will be groomed for future leadership roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Operations teams on daily activities.
- Assist senior management in business planning, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
- Track customer trials, sample status, product approvals, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, and business analysis.
- Coordinate with customers for technical information and documentation.
- Understand the company's products, applications, and the plastics/polymer industry.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure timely closure of action points.
- Support new product development (NPD) and product launch activities.
- Use AI tools and digital applications to improve productivity and reporting.
- Visit customers and manufacturing plants whenever required.
- B.Sc/ M.Sc / B.Tech /B.E. in Chemical, Polymer, Plastics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience (Freshers with strong academic performance are welcome).
- M.Sc. Chemistry candidates with excellent analytical skills may also apply.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
- Fast learner with a strong interest in the chemical and polymer industry.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and plant trials.
The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure across technical, commercial, and operational functions and can progress into roles such as:
- Product Manager
- Technical Sales Manager
- Business Development Manager
- Project Manager
- Business Operations Manager
Preferred Candidates: B.Tech graduates from Chemical, Polymer, Plastics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and building a long-term career in the chemical industry.
