As a Client Success Manager, you will own the post-sales journey for our advertisers and agency partners. Your focus will be on ensuring campaign success, building long-term client relationships, and driving account growth. You will work closely with Sales, Ad Operations,Product, and Analytics teams to deliver great client outcomes and create long-term value.

About the Role:
As a Client Success Manager, you will own the post-sales journey for our advertisers and agency partners. Your focus will be on ensuring campaign success, building long-term client relationships, and driving account growth. You will work closely with Sales, Ad Operations,Product, and Analytics teams to deliver great client outcomes and create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term
- relationships.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the Sales team.
- Understand client objectives and recommend strategies to achieve their business goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with Ad Operations teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Share performance reports and actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell mDSP solutions.
- Partner with the Sales team to grow existing accounts.
- Support commercial discussions through performance insights.
- Drive greater platform adoption across client portfolios.
- Collaborate with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and improvement ideas.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and campaign updates.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Campaign Management, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital Media preferred.
- Strong understanding of campaign management and client servicing.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work with a fast-growing adtech platform at the intersection of performance and innovation.
